The former president's Granddaughter Receives Professional Guidance from Tiger Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Young golfer preparing for significant tournament

This young athlete boasts substantial social media audience

The young golfer can count on plenty of well-known supporters as she begins her LPGA debut on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a tournament invitation to participate at the Annika competition in Florida.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, operates multiple international courses and often matches against Kai.

"He's pretty good. I shouldn't elaborate but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.

Kai explained that Trump, who won't be present, counseled her: "Simply stay calm."

"He essentially suggested to go out there and enjoy myself," she continued.

"To me, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it this weekend. He's busy with presidential duties, making him somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, Kai has competed in a mere three competitions this year and has position 461 in AJGA rankings.

But she can get advice from golf legend, in a relationship with Vanessa.

"He is the greatest golfer globally," the young golfer said.

"Furthermore, he's an even better person. He suggested me to compete, relax, following whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple most prominent players in women's golf at the Annika, featuring world number two the champion, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that involving Kai brings the sport to wider groups, particularly with the next generation.

Kai boasts substantial online presence and just introduced an exclusive fashion and living brand.

The competition starts at 17:30 GMT.
